1. Will you play requests?
Yes we sure will. We feel that you should be able to hear what you want. After all it is your event, and you are the reason we are there. The only way we won’t is if somebody asks us to play something that is inappropriate for the event. We do use our judgement with some requests that are made.

2. Do you Carry Back-up equipment?
We carry backup cables and mixers right now. I’m not gonna sit here and say we carry back up speakers and amps because we don’t. Our speakers are high quality digital speakers made by Mackie, JBL, and QSC with built in amps. We know how to use them and they are tested weekly. I will give a 99.5% guarantee that our speakers will never faulter. In fact, they would be the last piece of equipment we have that would. They are just that good.

3. Do you carry liability insurance?
We sure do. Every professional DJ should. It’s available through a couple associations and protects everybody in the case of emergency.

4. Do you use professional audio equipment, including a wireless microphone?
Our audio equipment is up to standard with the industry in every way. Everything is up to date, brand new product from Mackie, JBL, QSC and Sony. We use Mackie and JBL high definition sound with wireless microphones for all events. We run our music on laptops and MacBooks with the best DJ programs available. I will guarantee our music selection to be the biggest in the state. We update it daily and have thousands of songs spanning every genre from the 50’s to the top 40 hits of today.

5. Do you have experience with weddings?
We have been doing weddings since 2007. Every year we learn more and more about them. Every wedding is unique and DJs from RMF Entertainment understand that.

6. How will you be dressed?
We dress very nice for every event. We always talk to the bride and groom to see what they prefer. If they want us in shirt and tie or three piece suit that’s exactly what we’re gonna wear. We work for you, therefore we will dress accordingly.

7. How early will you arrive?
We always arrive a minimum 2 hours early. This allows for set up and the sound check of equipment. This is something we offer at no charge. Your price quote has nothing to do with this service.

8. Will you meet me in person to plan my event?
Of Course we will. We will meet and talk to you as many times as you feel necessary. We want your event to be perfect. We also will see to it that you will personally meet with your DJ at least once before your event if that’s what you would prefer. Our office location in Missoula, MT is at 715 Kensington Ave Suite 11 and anyone is more then welcome to come by and discuss their wedding or event.

9. Do you over book and hire sub contractors?
No. We will never over book. We employ 10 DJs along with myself and Neal(Co-owner of RMF). There are 12 of us total and we don’t book more then 8 weddings on the same day. We always have 3 DJs as back up.
